Calling all NASA Terra, Aqua, and Aura data users! We are interested in your perspective regarding the unique scientific contributions and applications that could result from continuing Terra, Aqua, and Aura observations through the next several years of orbital drift. Please visit the RFI landing page within the NASA NSPIRES website to find a link to the RFI, as well as further information in a Q&A document that will be updated as needed. Responses (three-page text limit) are due by October 11 via NSPIRES.
Responses will provide input for a community workshop that will occur a few weeks after the RFI due date (workshop date TBD). The community workshop will, in turn, inform NASA Headquarters on the unique scientific contributions and applications that could result from continuing Terra, Aqua, and Aura observations through the next several years of orbital drift. See the RFI for a description of the requested response topics and the Q&A document (Question 3) for details on the anticipated orbital drift timeline for each mission.
