NASA's Earth Science Data and Information System (ESDIS) Project reports several types of metrics from across the Earth Observation System Data and Information System (EOSDIS). These metrics include an annual report from our customer satisfaction survey (managed by the CFI Group).

Also included are the Annual Metrics Report prepared by ESDIS for each fiscal year. This report going back to FY96 shows overall ingest, archive, and distribution information aggregated in many ways over the fiscal year. It includes trends year-over-year as well. It also includes reports from many components systems within EOSDIS.

Finally, monthly and weekly reports of trending metrics are provided for NASA's Distributed Active Archive Centers (DAACs), Land, Atmosphere Near real-time Capability for Earth observations (LANCE), Global Imagery Browse Services (GIBS), and Worldview.
