Deep Cyclone in the Bay of Biscay

The deep cyclone (with a central pressure measurement of 987 mbar as of 29 July 2019) is expected to bring severe winds across the two countries, as well as high waves along the coastal areas of Brittany (source: severe-weather.eu).
