EOSDIS Quarterly Newsletter
As the Earth Science Data and Information System (ESDIS) Project manager, it is my pleasure to introduce you to our new EOSDIS newsletter.
The ESDIS Project is responsible for managing and providing access to more than 15 Petabytes of NASA Earth science data. This is a tremendous undertaking, one that has resulted in the creation of a broad range of services and products that are constantly expanding to meet the needs of our customers throughout the U.S. and around the world. This quarterly newsletter highlights our team’s efforts supporting the acquisition, processing, and dissemination of NASA Earth science data, and features our recent activities and achievements bringing these data to you.
Whether you are a new NASA Earth science data user or a career scientist, I hope you will find information in this newsletter that will help you use NASA Earth science data more efficiently, discover tools that may make your research easier, and see how your fellow data users are making the most of the many EOSDIS resources.
