There are several ways to connect with teams at NASA's Crustal Dynamics Data Information System (CDDIS):

  • Earthdata Forum: To interact with other users and NASA subject matter experts from across the Distributed Active Archive Centers (DAACs) on a variety of Earth science research and applications topics, including space geodesy, visit the Earthdata Forum.
  • support-cddis@nasa.gov: Submit questions to this email address to log a ticket with our user support team. Our staff will interact with you directly to resolve your request.
  • gsfc-dl-cddis-help-ntrip@mail.nasa.gov: This email address is specifically for users that need help with the CDDIS GNSS real-time data caster.
