NASA's Global Hydrology Resource Center (GHRC) Distributed Active Archive Center (DAAC) has published three Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM) Ground Validation Duke Parsivel Integrated Precipitation and Hydrology EXperiment (IPHEx) dataset
The Duke University researchers placed Parsivel Disdrometers at 13 sites during IPHEx in the Southern Appalachian region of North Carolina. This network of 13 disdrometer locations were used for measurements of precipitation drop size and drop velocity. Data were collected from May 1, 2014 through June 30, 2014.
NASA IceBridge Digital Mapping System (DMS)
Camera Calibration files for 17 September 2009 to 05 October 2016 are now available from NASA's National Snow and Ice Data Center (NSIDC) DAAC. This collection contains DMS camera calibration summary reports in PDF format for missions flown over Antarctica and Greenland.
NASA IceBridge BGM-3 Gravimeter L2 Geolocated Free Air Anomalies replacement data are now available from NSIDC DAAC. On May 31, 2017 the entire data collection was replaced to correct erroneous data found in Column 6 (GRV) for some of the lines. This data set contains free air anomalies measurements taken over Antarctica using the BGM-3 Gravimeter.
The MEaSUREs Greenland Ice Velocity: Selected Glacier Site Velocity Maps from InSAR data set at NSIDC DAAC has been updated with velocity maps for 2016. This release, Version 1.2, includes new browse images, metadata files, and more descriptive file names, and fills in some missing 2015 files.
