Form Example View source
Upon submission, this form's input field key names and values entered are passed to the processing script identified in the <form action="..."> attribute. Then the key-value pairs from the form input is inserted into the Nettracker NTPT_PGEXTRA variable which is processed by the page tag Javascript and sent to the EMS page tag logs.
