2011 ESDSWG Conference Meeting DETAILS

The Earth Science data Systems Working group meeting will be held November 1-3, 2011 in Newport News, VA which is very close to NASA Langley Research Center and we are pleased to announce our Langley team has opened the ESDSWG 2011 registration site

Although there is no fee for the meeting it is really helpful to us if folks register for the event, we get a good sense of needed rooms and other logistics beforehand.  Also, please book your room at the Marriott (room rates of $77 expire after October 14).

The meeting will be held at the City Center Marriott and a block of 80 rooms has been reserved for the meeting.

Reservations must be made by October 14th, 2011 to guarantee the group rate of $77.00.

Airport Information:

The area is served by Norfolk Airport ( http://www.norfolkairport.com/ ) and Newport News Airport ( www.nnwairport.com )
Norfolk is about 60 minutes from the Marriott and Newport News airport is about 15 minutes.  There are taxis and shuttles available at each airport.
