DataAccess near real-time products from the MODIS, OMI, AIRS, and MLS instruments in less than 3 hours from observation from LANCE. LANCE provided NRT data from AMSR-E until the instrument stopped spinning on 4th October 2011. AMSR-E is currently not producing any data. AMSR2 information Register to start downloading data. Use the table below to determine if available products meet latency (time between observation and availability to users) requirements in general or select the instrument for more on the products, latencies and associated information. If data latency is not a primary concern, please consider using science quality products. Science products are created using the best available ancillary, calibration and ephemeris information. Science quality products are an internally consistent, well-calibrated record of the Earth’s geophysical properties to support science.
Download NRT products from the MODIS, OMI, AIRS and MLS instruments, available in less than 3 hours from observation. Download NRT data for the following Hazards and Disasters/application areas: Air Quality, Ash Plumes, Drought, Dust Storms, Floods, Fires, Severe Storms, Shipping, Smoke Plumes, and Vegetation. Subscribe to fire email alerts. Download global MODIS fire locations in a variety of easy to use formats. Download science quality products if data latency (time between observation and availability to users) is not a primary concern. Science products are created using the best available ancillary, calibration and ephemeris information. Utilize a RSS/GeoRSS-based technology for distributing Earth Science data.
