EOSDIS Echo Data Catalog Overview

The ECHO data holdings represent a broad collection of NASA Earth Science data which facilitates scientist understanding and analysis of the complexities of our Earth. ECHO's twelve partnering data centers process and archive data from a large array of NASA space-based and earth-based data collection activities. The following data catalog will allow you to browse through the collections available through ECHO based on major data categories. These categories include:
  • Topic - The Science Keyword classification topic (e.g. Agriculture, Solid Earth).
  • Data Center - The archiving data center (e.g. NSIDC, LPDAAC, ORNL).
  • Campaign - The scientific endeavor (e.g. EOS, NAMMA).
  • Platform - The relevant associated with data acquisition (e.g. AQUA, TRMM).
All collections included in the data catalog are publicly available in ECHO. When viewing a dataset listing, you may click the Search in Reverb button to immediately be taken to a Reverb search page populated with your selected collection.
