OMI SIPS Metrics

Ingest, archive, and distribution logs are sent to the ESDIS Metrics System (EMS) and a variety of metrics are returned by EMS:

Distribution Metrics

Distribution volumes and files by various User Types (NASA, US Government, US University, US Commercial, US Non Profit, and Foreign).

Latency Metrics

The system requirements call for all data products to be available on the element ftp servers within 3 hours of observation at the spacecraft. The following charts show the average latency in hours and the percentage of data archived in under three hours for LANCE level 1 and 2 data.
